Zipperwall

Zipperwall from XL Print is an outstanding solution for fabric walls. The system is easy to assemble, and the banner slides on and closes with a zipper, creating a completely seamless surface.

Ideal for exhibition stand walls, press walls, photo backdrops and showroom displays. The lightweight aluminium frame is quick to assemble and transports in a compact bag. Zipperwall is available as both straight and curved systems.

The fabric panels are printed using dye sublimation, ensuring vibrant, durable colours and a glare-free matte surface. The banner can easily be replaced, so you can update your wall without replacing the entire display.

Sizes: Curved system 300, 400, 500 cm. Straight system 200, 300, 500 cm.

Height: Standard 230 cm.

Single- or double-sided: the banner for the system can be made single- or double-sided. On single-sided versions the back is white.

Finish: Matte textile surface — ideal for photo and video

Zipperwall uses durable aluminium, ensuring long lifespan and minimal environmental impact. The fabric panels can be washed and reused across multiple events.

Dye sublimation uses water-based inks with no VOC emissions. The modular design reduces waste, as the banner can be replaced without discarding the entire system.

Seamless large format

The zipper assembly creates a completely smooth, continuous graphic surface — even on walls over 5 metres wide — with no visible seams.

Modular and flexible

Configure your Zipperwall as a straight wall or curved in several sizes — swap the banner when you need to refresh the campaign.

Compact transport

Despite the large visual surfaces, the entire system packs down into handy carry bags that are easy to transport and store.

Do you deliver and set up trade fair equipment on site?

Yes, our installation team delivers, sets up and dismantles exhibition systems at trade fairs and events — in Denmark and abroad. We coordinate logistics and schedules.

Can trade fair equipment be reused with new graphics?

Yes, most systems are designed for reuse. Pop-up systems, frame systems and modular walls can be fitted with new graphics for new campaigns. It saves both money and the environment.
